Your plant may not be the exact plant pictured but we do our best to maintain honest representation. Since all plants have unique characteristics yours may be slightly different but still as beautiful as the ones you see pictured.
You can expect your plants will be the same size and quality as showcased.
What Can I Expect When I Get My Plant?
Your new plant just went through a bit of an ordeal to get to you. It may look sad or droopy and may even lose a few leaves from the adventure.
But Don't Worry!
Plants are resilient and will be happy to be in their new home! Prune any leaves that may have suffered in the trip,and place them in their new spot.
And Thats It!
With a little TLC and a few days time you will notice new growth and a happy thriving plant
Do You Offer Returns/Refunds?
We strive to ensure you achieve the healthiest, and highest quality plants possible. Since shipping can be unpredictable and stressful for plants we ask that you open and inspect your new plant immediately upon arrival. If your plant has extreme damage to where it cannot live or be saved, please take at least 5 pictures or a video and email us at help@thecuratedjungle.com or message us here within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right by issuing a refund or shipping/delivering a new plant within 7 days! Please note we cannot be responsible for any damage caused after arrival but will be happy to offer advice.
