How Are TCJ Pots Made?
All of our pots are designed and crafted in-house. Each piece is hand-poured and hand-painted and will come with it's own unique touches and character.
Do you offer wholesale for your plant pots?
Yes! We love that our pots make plants and their people so happy and love sharing that with plant shops and boutiques across the US.

How Do You Ship Your Pottery?
All of our handmade pottery is shipped UPS Ground and protected in multiple layers of eco-friendly fill to ensure a safe trip.
We have very low breakage rates and keep it that way by ensuring each piece is wrapped with love and care.
Do You Offer Returns On Your Planters?
Yes!
If you are not completely thrilled with your new planter you can send it back or exchange it for a better suited piece within 7 days of receipt. Since we are a small business, there will be a 20% restocking fee on retail value to cover materials and time used to paint, inspect, and package your unique pot. Thank you for your understanding!

All of Our Plants Are Grown And Shipped With Love + The Upmost Care
We ship + deliver plants on Mondays - Wednesday to ensure your plant spends as little time in transit as possible.
Expect 1-3 days for transit times.
Will I Get The Plant Pictured?
Yes! Your plant may not be the exact plant pictured but we do our best to maintain expectations. All plants will be the same size and quality as showcased. Since all plants have unique characteristics yours may be slightly different but still as beautiful as the ones you see pictured.
Can You Recommend The Right Plant For Me?
Yes! We would love to help you choose the perfect plant to help you create a wildly loved space.

- What kind of light is in the space you want your plant.
- Your level of plant experience.
- What kind of mood or vibe you want for your space.
Pictures of your space are also helpful!
What Can I Expect When I Get My Plant?
Your new plant just went through a bit of an ordeal to get to you. It may look sad or droopy and may even lose a few leaves from the adventure.
But Don't Worry!
Plants are resilient and will be happy to be in their new home! Prune any leaves that may have suffered in the trip and place them in their new spot. And Thats It! With a little TLC and a few days time you will notice new growth and a happy thriving plant.
Do You Offer A Live Plant Gaurantee?
Yes!
We want you to be thrilled with your plant! If you have any concerns you can always contact us for advise. In the unlikely event your plant arrives extremely damaged or beyond saving, we will make it right with a new plant or refund as stated in our Return Policy.
