Handmade Pot Return Policy
We are proud of every piece we make and every collector who purchases our pots. We appreciate our customers and always strive to ensure every purchase is a happy one. Due to the nature of our products being handmade expect that each piece will have it's own character. Flaws in paint, and minor imperfections are what make handmade so unique and will not be considered for credit. We issue credits and refunds in the event you receive a damaged pot or are unhappy with your purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for replacement shipping charges.
If there is no breakage or error in our part, a 20% restocking fee of retail value will apply to all refunds and exchanges to cover the time, material and expenses of our small business.Thank you for your understanding!
Plant Return Policy
We handle and ship all of our plants with love
We strive to ensure your achieve the healthiest, and highest quality plants possible. Since shipping can be unpredictable and stressful for plants we ask that you open and inspect your new plant immediately upon arrival.
Please take video/pictures while unboxing.
You may notice yellowing foliage, torn leaves, broken stems, soil spillage and other minor concerns but rest assured these are easily fixed and with a little TLC your plant will be happy and thriving again in no time!
If your plant has extreme damage you can send at least 5 pictures or a video (please document entire plant, close up of damage, base of plant near soil) and email us within 48 hours and we will make it right! Please note we cannot be responsible for any damage caused after arrival but will be happy to offer advice.
Art Return Policy
If you are not completely thrilled with your art you can send it back or exchange it for a better suited piece within 7 days of receipt. Since we are a small business, there may be a 20% restocking fee to cover materials and time used to curate, print, frame and package your artwork. Thank you for your understanding!
We ask that you please return your print back in the original package as you received it. If you do not have the original packaging you can purchase appropriate shipping materials from your local post office. I recommend using a stiff mailer or tube to ensure it arrives back damage-free. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if print is returned damaged due to improper care.
Purchaser will be responsible for any shipping charges & restocking fees to return or exchange art print.
