Minimum Order is $500
We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Pay-In-4 (if eligible through third party payment processors), Credit/Debit Card. We do not currently offer NET terms. All payments must be prepaid for processing.
Please notify us of changes or cancellations within 24hrs of placing an order. Any orders canceled or changed by customers after order confirmation has been received and products made are subject to restocking fees of up to 20% of the order’s total product cost deduction. Please take this into consideration as all pieces are handmade just for you after you order!
Lead Times
Our turnaround times are typically 10-21 days. Large custom orders may take longer.If you have a time-sensitive project please contact us before ordering to discuss expedited order processing.
Shipping Rates + Return Policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and location.
We strive to offer the best shipping rates possible for all locations!
Carriers: We will use UPS/USPS Ground or LTL Freight (pallet shipping, depending on volume).
Return/Credit Policy
Every order is carefully packed, inspected, and sent with care. Because each piece is handmade, variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected—and part of what makes our products special.
We do not offer returns or refunds for unsold items. All wholesale sales are considered final once shipped.
If something is wrong with your order, we are always here to make it right:
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery
- Please include photos and/or videos so we can process a full or partial credit
- Color, finish, and glaze variations are not considered defects
- Minor chips may qualify for partial credit; unsellable pieces will be eligible for full credit
- Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable
We do not accept returned items but will always work with you to resolve any issues.
