We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Pay-In-4 (if eligible through third party payment processors), Credit/Debit Card. We do not currently offer NET terms. All payments must be prepaid for processing.

Please notify us of changes or cancellations within 24hrs of placing an order. Any orders canceled or changed by customers after order confirmation has been received are subject to restocking fees in the amount of 20% of the order’s total product cost deduction

Lead Times

Our turnaround times are typically 1-2 weeks. Large orders of 1000+ pots with many different custom colors choices may take longer.If you have a time-sensitive project please contact us before ordering to discuss expedited order processing.

Wholesale Shipping price is 15% of order.
Local shipping is a flat rate of $50.

Return/Credit Policy

We are honored and proud of every connection we make and pot we send out. Each order is inspected and tested to ensure no damaged pots leave our shop. We wrap our pots with love and care and very rarely receive reports of breakage.

To ensure we can give you credit upon finding any breakage or damage you must inspect all goods at the time of delivery and file all claims within 72 hours of delivery.

Some items (cracked, chipped, etc.) will only receive partial credit. Destroyed or unsellable items are eligible to receive full credit. Most pottery has variations in glazes, colors, and finishes – this DOES NOT warrant a credit. Photos must accompany the claim to receive full or partial credit.

You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any costs to return and are subject to a 20% restocking fee of each products retail cost. Any pieces returned Broken/Damaged will not be eligible for Refund.

We do not offer credit for Shipping/Freight Costs and Purchaser will be responsible for any Shipping Costs for replacement pieces.
